All the lawmakers were elected on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party during the last general election.
Those affected were the lawmakers representing Pengana, Langtang North Central, Rukuba/Irigwe State constituencies.
In the case of Pengana constituency, the tribunal nullified the election of Happiness Akawu on the grounds of improper nomination by her party and declared former Speaker Yakubu Sanda of the All Progressives Congress as the duly elected lawmaker.
Similarly in Rukuba/Irigwe constituency, the tribunal nullified the election of Ibrahim Abalak and declared Bako Ankala of the All Progressives Congress as the rightful winner of the election.
However, in the case of Langtang North Central, the election tribunal declared Nanbol Listick of the Labour Party as the duly elected lawmaker.
The loss of the three PDP lawmakers on Thursday brings to four, the number of PDP candidates whose elections had been nullified in the state by the tribunal.
In her reaction, one of the sacked lawmakers, Happiness Akawu, vowed to appeal the verdicts of the tribunal describing it as a miscarriage of justice.
