On Monday, Kogi Governor Yahaya Bello stated that Mr. Anthony Ogah, his Special Adviser (SA) on Stakeholder Relations, had been fired.
The announcement was released in Lokoja by Mrs. Folashade Arike-Ayoade, the Kogi government’s secretary.
According to the administration, the dismissal is effective as of Sunday. Ogah, the special adviser to the governor on stakeholder relations, has been ordered to be fired immediately by Gov. Bello.
The state administration stated: “Ogah’s employment as the special adviser to the governor will terminate on September 24. Gov Bello expresses his best wishes to Ogah in his future endeavors.
Ogah was fired without explanation.
He was instructed to “promptly hand over his identity card and any other government property or documents in his possession to the Permanent Secretary, Administration, in the Office of the Secretary to the Government of the state.”
