The National Chairman of the Labour Party (LP), Julius Abure, and the National Secretary of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Senator Bashiru Ajibola, has arrived at the Supreme Court.
In addition, Umar Damagum, the Peoples Democratic Party’s (PDP) interim chairman, and Debo Ologunagba, the party’s national publicity secretary, have arrived before the highest court.
The PDP presidential candidate Atiku Abubakar, Peter Obi of the Labour Party, and Chichi Ojei of the Allied Peoples Movement (APM) will all have their appeals heard by the top court on Monday in an attempt to have President Bola Tinubu’s election declared void.

The Chief of Staff to the President Femi Gbajabiamila, and the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, Abdullahi Ganduje, have arrived at the Supreme Court.
Among others are Umar Damagum, the acting National Chairman of the PDP, and Nuhu Ribadu, the National Security Adviser of Nigeria.
The apex court would begin proceedings to hear the appeals of the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, Atiku Abubakar; ; Labour Party’s Peter Obi; and APM, , requesting that President Bola Tinubu’s victory be declared void.
