Visitors avoid defeat
The home team are heavily favoured in Monaco vs Montpellier odds. Monaco have a rest advantage, with Montpellier playing on Wednesday. However, the visitors have won two of the last three head-to-head meetings.

Predicting a low corner count
Just three teams concede fewer corners per match than Monaco. Montpellier average only three corners in their favour per fixture, which is the second-lowest mark in the league.
This feels like a good combination for a low corner total. While Monaco does win a decent amount of corner kicks, we are expecting a relatively even game. This should mean the hosts will have a fair amount of defending to do.
Much of this game will likely be played in the middle third, making it worthwhile to take the under.

Monaco have only kept one clean sheet in their last four home matches, and they conceded five goals to PSG last time out. Montpellier’s attack has been hot and cold on the road, but they have been productive away to Lyon, Strasbourg and Lorient.
