Have you always wanted to be an actor?
I never did. In fact, I never thought that in my wildest dreams, I would become an actor. It just happened, one could say serendipity
Have your family members been supportive of your journey?
Yeah! I’ve always been my own person, and they always support and encourage my moves.
In your opinion, can an actor live comfortably by acting alone?
To an extent, yes. Although it depends on the person and their lifestyle.
What movie would you say brought you to the limelight?
I would say my debut feature, ‘Dark October’, but the recent one, ‘The Origin: Madam Koi-Koi’ made me go more viral than my debut film
Has anything changed about you since then?
Yeah, a lot has changed. Now a lot more people know me. I used to be low-key, but I’m not anymore. I have fans and people who tell me I inspire them now.
I’m also getting more work and networking opportunities, and life’s much better, I am not going to lie.
How has your journey into stardom been?
The journey to stardom has been amazing. Sometimes it can get overwhelming because more people know me now. Also, I can no longer go to the regular places I used to go before without being recognized by someone.
It has been a great experience so far. I can’t complain, because I love some of the perks that come with it.
What is something about you that people do not know?
I worked with a non-governmental organisation and also a research organisation after university, during and after service before I pivoted into the entertainment industry.
