Airport usage transcends flying in and out of a country using an airport, it encompasses the infrastructure and the culture experience at the airport. Sharing similar sentiments, the CEO of AirHelp said, “the travel experience is not the sole responsibility of the airlines but also the airports”,

The ranking by AirHelp becomes instrumental during this festive season, especially travellers for Christmas, tourism and other travels. The list provides air users the opportunity to experience the infrastructures and the cultures that made the airports standout.
For the best airport in world for 2023, Muscat International airport in Oman emerged the winner followed by Recife and Cape Town International airports in Brazil and South Africa taking the second and third positions respectively.
