The Edo State deputy governor, Philip Shaibu, has stated that he feels belittled by his principal, Godwin Obaseki, for not endorsing him for the governorship that will be held in 2024.
Shaibu, who asserts that Obaseki convinced him to choose him as his deputy governor, stated that he improved Obaseki’s administration both monetarily and politically.
Speaking on Wednesday morning, Shaibu expressed his disappointment that Obaseki is backing an outsider rather than him in an interview on Arise TV.
