A video that was shared on X (Twitter) has captured a female student of Lead British School being assaulted by her colleagues.
The video which sparked outrage online was shared by an X user @mooyeeeeeee who called for justice for the victim.
Her post read; “There’s a video I’m about to post. I need you guys to help me get justice for Maryam Hassan. She was bullied in her school by her classmates at the lead British school in Abuja. Please make it go viral so she can get justice.”
The victim who has now been identified as Namtira Bwala was slapped 18 times by her bullies, one of whom was identified as Maryam Hassan.
Maryam Hassan was heard asking the victim while hitting her who “broke my heart” and “Who is the boy”.
Namtira however stayed mute to the questions they asked her and did not hit her bully back as they assaulted her in an empty hall.
Reacting to the video, some stated that bullying was rampant in the school and the lady bullying her colleague in the video was a popular one.
To back up their claims they began to share more scenarios and videos of students being assaulted in the school.
