The photographer, who has been engaged with Megan since 2018, in a lawsuit filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on Tuesday, claimed that hip-hop star “forced” him to watch her engage in a sexual act while in a moving vehicle.
“Emilio should never have been put in a position of having to be in the vehicle with her while she had sex with another woman,” Garcia’s attorney, Ron Zambrano stated.
Further allegations in the complaint include violations of employment standards, and derogatory comments about Garcia’s weight.
Garcia is seeking unspecified compensatory and punitive damages for what his lawyer describes as a clear case of “sexual harassment and fat-shaming”.
Meanwhile, Megan Thee Stallion has denied the allegations.
The rapper’s attorney, Alex Spiro in a statement, insisted that the lawsuit was primarily aimed at securing a monetary settlement.
“This is an employment claim for money—with no sexual harassment claim filed and with salacious accusations to attempt to embarrass her.
“We will deal with this in court,” he added.
