A Nigerian man, Tochukwu Ogbuagu, has shed light on a dilapidated three-storey building in Aba, Abia State, that is fully occupied by tenants despite its visibly deteriorated condition.
The man who shared photographs of the building on social media expressed his shock at the sight of the structure, which exhibits clear signs of neglect.
The images show a building with visible cracks, dull paint, and other structural issues that raise serious safety concerns for its occupants.
Located on Ukadike Street, around the Agulanna axis of Aba, the building appears to be in a state of disrepair, yet it remains fully occupied, with tenants residing on every floor.
This startling revelation has sparked concern amongst netizens online.
“You can’t believe that this 3 STOREY building is fully filled with tenants from downstairs to the last floor,” Ogbuagu wrote in his Facebook post.
“Somewhere in Aba around ukadike street inside agulanna axis. Just wanna update you guys. This life no just balance. Some landlords need to be invited just to know the colour of their problem.”
