Award winning Nigerian singer, Burna Boy was one of the artistes who performed at the 2021 Grammy Awards which held on Sunday, March 14th.
The self styled African Giant who won his first Grammys at the event, performed a medley of his hit songs “Level Up”, “Onyeka” and “Ye” to close out the 2021 Grammy Awards Premiere Ceremony.
The singer’s album ”Twice As Tall” was deemed befitting by the recording academy as he won in the Best Global Music Album category.
Meanwhile, the Nigeria’s Grammy Award winner, Burna Boy, has sent motivational message to all Africans with his win.
Burna, in reacting to winning the ”Best Global Album with his “Twice As Tall” project, he said ;
“Yes oh! Yes oh! Yes oh! Africa is in the House men! Africa, we are in the House!
“This is a big win for my generation of Africans all over the world!
“And this should be a lesson to every African out there: No matter where you are, no matter what you plan to do, you can achieve it.
“No matter where you’re from, because you are a king. Look at me now, Grammy Award-winning Burna Boy!”.
