Femi Fani-Kayode
Nigerian politician, Femi Fani-Kayode has raised alarm saying bandits and terrorists want to overrun Nigeria.
The former Aviation Minister said this on Wednesday, after bandits attacked the Nigerian Defence Academy in Kaduna.
He said terrorists who destroyed the likes of Afghanistan, Syria and Lebanon are after Nigeria.
The former minister stated this on Wednesday in a post on his Facebook account while reacting to the attack by armed bandits on the Nigerian Defence Academy on Tuesday.
We had earlier reported that bandit terrorists killed two military officers and abducted Major Datong during the attack.
The murdered military officers were identified as Lieutenant Commander Wulah and Flight Lieutenant Okoronkwo.
Fani-Kayode in his reaction called on the federal government to seal up borders to hinder foreign terrorists foreign from accessing the country.
He wrote, “As long as we shy away from taking this strong military option and shy away from entering those countries that the terrorists use as a springboard to attack our people and country, we cannot win this war.”
“Those that set Afghanistan, Libya, Iraq, Syria Lebanon and other North African and Middle Eastern countries alight with war and fratricidal butchery have set their evil eye on Nigeria and are attempting to do the same hereby provoking us into a civil war. They shall fail.”
“It is time for us to hold our borders sacred and seal them up. It is time to take the battle to the gates and territory of our enemies.”
“It is time for us to see one another as brothers, regardless of tribe or faith, come together as one, unite and face the common enemy”.
