A throwback video of the time globally recognized Nigerian musician, Wizkid praised his former boss, Banky W for being the man who “made him” has resurfaced online.
The video comes following the buzzing interview made by Banky W where he expressed that he was disappointed Wizkid was unable to make it to his wedding and also revealed the almost scandalous way the singer left his record label years back.
Banky was a guest on the #BlackBoxInterview Easter Special hosted by Ebuka Obi-Uchendu and he revealed that he is incredibly happy to have had an impact of Wizkid’s career and till today, they still have a great relationship.
In the throwback video that’s not trending online, a young Wizkid is seen thanking Banky W as he was about to perform on what he called the “Biggest day of his life” and it was all thanks to his boss at the time.
