The President, Major General Muhammadu Buhari (retd.) has left Kigali, Rwanda, and arrived at the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja on Sunday.
The PUNCH reported that the president had on Wednesday, June 22, departed Nigeria for Rwanda to attend the 26th Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting, which was held from June 22 to 26, 2022.
The CHOGM 2022, attended by other leaders as well, was themed ‘Delivering a Common Future: Connecting, Innovating, Transforming,’ and was focused on the progress and prosperity of the more than 2 billion people living in the 54 independent countries in Africa, Asia, the Americas, Europe, and the Pacific that make up the Commonwealth.
