A commercial motorcyclist, Idowu Olanrewaju, narrates how he was beaten, shot at by a mobile police officer and had his motorcycle seized.   Olanrewaju, who plies the Berger-Mowe-Ibafo route disclosed that a policeman slapped him while he was trying to access the road in front of Matrix filling station precisely the new road being constructed.
