The residents resorted to the use of their WiFi when the network of the Bimodal Voter Accreditation System failed and they had to wait for the BVAS to get back online.
The PUNCH had earlier reported that voters in the area had to wait for over three hours before INEC officials arrived at many polling units that our correspondent visited.

The residents also provided permanent markers for the officials, adding that they would provide all the officials needed as long as they get to vote.
The residents also organised drinks and water for themselves as they waited for their turns to cast their votes.
