A singer, Nnamdi Asiabakam, aka 8TH Wonda, says he is constantly rediscovering himself when it comes to music.
In a statement sent to Saturday Beats, the music artiste said, “I believe music is so deep to the point that I keep rediscovering new stuff every day. I would also like to say that my experience working with Masterkraft (a producer) was a dream come true. I learnt a lot, and it expanded my creative and mental horizons.
“I will let the audience rate me, because I don’t want to beat my drum needlessly. In my head, regardless of what anyone makes of my music, I see myself as an international artiste.”
Speaking during a release party for his new song titled, ‘Finally’, 8TH Wonda had appealed to the industry to be ‘nice’ to him. He added, “As long as I breathe, I will always be creative. I get inspiration from the possibilities of all the good things music provides.
Meanwhile, Henry Okafor, aka Ike Jerusalem, the owner of IJ Music, the record label the singer is signed to, maintained that he was proud of the singer, who is also his first signee. He said, “I have huge confidence in this artiste. And, I am sure he will give music lovers a lot of great content.”
