Drille, who recently released a new single, “The Best Part”, finally revealed the face of the woman who inspired the music on Tuesday.
The singer shared a montage of himself and Tahini via his Instagram page and also penned a sweet birthday note to her.
He wrote in the caption, “I’m grateful for you all who share in my world, this part of me I’ve never shared before until now, THE VERY BEST PART. You complete me @rimouuune, thank you for loving me.”
The music video of “The Best Part”, released via YouTube on Tuesday, also included pictures from their wedding.
Tahini is the Director of Artiste and Repertoire (A&R) at Mavin Records, the label to which Drille is currently signed to.
Mavin boss, Don Jazzy also shared a wedding picture of Drille and Tahini on his Twitter page and prayed that God will bless their “union”. He also took the opportunity to wish Tahini a happy birthday.
“With all the amazing love songs that @johnnydrille has written, it’s only right that he bags one of the most amazing women I have met to share #Thebestpart of his life,” Don Jazzy tweeted on Tuesday. “I am so happy for both of you. May GOD continue to bless your union. Happy birthday again @rimouuune.”
Checks on Tahini’s Instagram page revealed that the couple celebrated their first anniversary on the 5th of January 2023.
“Exactly a year ago yesterday – the most beautiful day, and it’s been the most beautiful 1st year of marriage. I am filled with gratitude to God every day and look forward to forever by his grace!,” she wrote in the January post.
