As part of efforts to bridge the housing deficits in Oyo State, the state government, in partnership with a leading real estate investment company, Fort Capital Estate Limited, on Thursday, said it will deliver 244 housing units of various types in Ibadan.
Delivering his speech during the project launch, the Director of Fort Capital Ltd., Kudirat Badmus said the estate was located in a serene environment with 24-hour water supply power and a security post.
She said, “The housing estate is a four-bedroom semi-detached terrace, four-bedroom detached duplex, three-bedroom semi-detached bungalows, and two-bedroom semi-detached bungalows.”
Also speaking, the Project Technical Director, Moji Adejuyigbe said it would provide a sustainable and endurable structure that will create social value to the environment.
