The PUNCH finding revealed Manchester City as number 1 with 2086 points, Bayern Munich as second with 1950 points, and Real Madrid as third with 1942 points.
Others are Victor Osimhen’s Napoli sitting at the fourth position with 1924 points, and Inter Milan followed with 1917 points.
Liverpool, Arsenal, Newcastle and Manchester United sat at sixth, seventh, 16th and 17th with 1900, 1871, 1819 and 1811 respectively.
Egypt’s Al-Ahly is the leading African club in the ranking with 1703 points in the 50th position. Nigeria’s Kano Pillars is number 728 with 1390 points.
Meanwhile, Messi’s Inter Miami is on number 1,538 with 1,294 points.
The seventh-time Balon D’or winner moved to Miami after leaving French champions Paris Saint-Germain following two seasons at the club and has signed a contract through the end of the 2025 MLS season.
Inter Miami managing owner Jorge Mas, who said it took three years of negotiations to bring the 36-year-old to the club, has stated that Messi will earn “between £50 million and $60m per year.”
