The Independent National Electoral Commission has opened the collation centre for the gubernatorial election in Kogi State.
Collation was earlier announced to start by 10 a.m. on Sunday but had to be delayed due to rigorous screening of accredited media houses and Civil Society Organisations.
There is a heavy security presence within and around the collation centre with various political party agents.
