Mitchel Ihezue has given a sarcastic reply as people query her age after she married businessman/former House of Representatives member, Prince Nicholas Ukachukwu, who is 54 years old.
Since the announcement of their marriage, the age difference between her and the groom has been a subject of social media banter.
However, the beauty queen came out yesterday to make it clear that she is not 26 as reported. She then asked if her birthday earlier this year was a joke to them.
When she represented Nigeria in the 72nd Miss Universe pageant the MC announced her age as 27. However, reports from some quarters peg her age at 33, claiming she was born in 1990.
Her revelation that she is not 26 further fueled the argument about her age, with one follower asking if she is 38.
Mitchel replied the follower, “No dear, I’m 45.”
Mitchel’s groom, Prince Nicholas Ukachukwu married his first wife Nnenna Millicent in 1997. She died at the age of 41 in the same car accident that claimed the life of wife of former Senate Leader, Ndoma-Egba, Amaka and a police officer, Chinyere Azike, along Ore-Benin expressway on Thursday, November 19, 2020. Their union produced 5 sons.
