The singer shared this while speaking on his new album, ‘Trench to Triumph’.
He referred to it as his true life story since everything on the album is consistent with his experiences before becoming famous.
According to Crayon, he and his family used to reside in a turbulent home where the neighbors were often in conflict with one another.
His mother sold fruits in Iyana-Iba, Lagos for about 20 years to support their family.
He claims to have experienced a difficult patch and is now in a successful phase of life where everything is going well for him.

A while back, Crayon dispelled the misconception that artistes can get their inspiration from smoking marijuana.
He cautioned his colleagues and other creatives against falling for the fallacy that using drugs or smoking substances would spark inspiration.
The 23-year-old clarified that using marijuana or other illegal drugs won’t promote innovative thinking in someone who lacks skill.
Crayon wrote;
