Our betting expert has prepared Crystal Palace vs Chelsea predictions for this London derby in the English Premier League on Monday, February 12th.
Crystal Palace and Chelsea will both be desperate for the three points. The home side are uncomfortably close to the drop zone. The visitors are too far off from the European places.

Chelsea to clip Eagles’ wings
It’s rare to see the visiting team as the odds-on favourite to be the winner of a fixture between two mid-table sides, yet that is the scenario here. My prediction is that the 11th-placed Chelsea will beat the 14th-placed Crystal Palace by at least two goals.
Few teams have the level of dominance the Blues have over the Eagles, with victories in their last 13 competitive head-to-heads. Palace will be without their key trio: Michael Olise, Eberechi Eze and Marc Guehi. This puts their Premier League status in real peril.
The first of my tips is Chelsea -1 Asian Handicap, meaning we need them to win by two or more goals. If they win by just one, we get a full refund on our stake.
Bet 1: Chelsea (Home +1) Asian Handicap @2.50 with Bet9ja
Cole the Goal
In an inconsistent season for Chelsea, Cole Palmer is their clear talisman. Since his summer transfer from Manchester City, the 21-year-old has put together some impressive stats by hitting 10 league goals for the Blues.
Palace’s defence is terrible and they haven’t kept a clean sheet in their last 12 league games. Palmer has scored in three of his last four league games and is also Chelsea’s penalty taker. He has already netted five times from the spot this season.
Bet 2: Cole Palmer to score @ 2.50 with Bet9ja
Too much Gusto from Malo leads to yellow cards
Moving on to the next of my predictions, I am going to the player-to-be-booked market. The player is Malo Gusto, who joined from Lyon in the summer.
He started with a clean disciplinary slate with no bookings in his first five appearances. Since then, he has seen 6 cards in 663 minutes of action, averaging a card every 110 minutes.
As a right back, he is likely to be up against Jordan Ayew. With a total of 70, the Ghanaian is the Premier League’s most fouled player.
Bet 3: Malo Gusto to be booked @ 4.50 with Bet9ja
Tough midfield battle to lead to more Lerma fouls
Without their creative players Eze and Olise, expect Palace to frustrate Chelsea. Jefferson Lerma will play a key part in disrupting the game and stopping the visitors.
The 29-year-old midfielder has made 18 league appearances this season and committed 31 fouls. He has committed at least two fouls in eight of those outings, as well as in each of his last five. This includes five in the reverse fixture at Stamford Bridge in December.
Bet 4: Jefferson Lerma over 1.5 fouls committed @ 1.90 with bet365
