Different reactions trailed online as Nigerian soldiers paid respect to their colleague who had just signed out and graduated from university.
In the video, colleagues of the graduating soldier stormed the school to pay tribute to him for his achievement on sign-out day. The graduating soldier could simply be identified as a general, considering the honour.
The graduating soldier appeared in his white sign-out shirt while his colleagues wore their military uniform.
The video captured the enthralling moment the soldiers paraded and saluted their colleagues in order, disclosing the military style. Other graduating students hurriedly emerged to film the moment, admiring the soldiers.
Viewers have questioned whether the celebratory gesture of the soldiers is permitted in the military to avoid being punished by their superiors. Many disclosed that the Nigerian military doesn’t permit their officials to further education, probably the graduating soldier opted for another means.
