Edo High Chief and oil magnate, Iyadua Igietemoh, has called on Nigerians and philanthropists to support youth development initiatives, empowering them to become leaders and change agents.
Igietemoh emphasised the importance of leadership training and development, especially among youths, to tackle the nation’s challenges.
Speaking at his induction ceremony as a member of the National Youth Assembly of Nigeria Board of Trustees, Igietemoh commended NYAN’s leadership and reiterated his commitment to supporting youth empowerment initiatives.
Igietemoh, who is also the CEO of Vinnex Investment Services Limited, urged well-meaning Nigerians, philanthropists, parents, and the Ministry of Youth Development to join forces in training and empowering youths.
The ceremony recognised Igietemoh’s outstanding contributions as a philanthropist, community builder, and inspiration to the next generation.
“It is a profound honour to be entrusted with this role. I am committed to working with NYAN to inspire and support the next generation of leaders in our country,” he said.
The Deputy Speaker of NYAN, Amb Emmanuel Benjamin Udomoh, praised Igietemoh’s impact on community development and youth initiatives, citing his leadership in the oil sector and commitment to social causes.

Igietemoh’s inclusion in the Board of Trustees is seen as a strategic move to leverage his expertise and vision for the benefit of Nigerian youth.
NYAN is a youth organisation with state chapters across the country, focused on fostering growth, leadership development and training in politics.
