A Nigerian singer, Chidozie Ugochinyere aka Fave has opened up on her love life.
She revealed that she started dating at the age of 10.
Fave spoke about her first romantic relationship during a chat with her colleague Bloody Samaritan and the film stars Susan Pwajok and Genoveva Umeh.
The 24-year-old singer revealed that while in the children’s choir, she started a relationship with the choir master.
She added that they had a tradition where he would call at midnight and she found it “cute”.
“He was the choir master. It was the children’s choir, so we were all kind of like kids. We would do this midnight thing where he would call, and it was just cute,” she said.
The Imo-born singer further revealed that she has doubts about her sexuality.
“My sexuality is in question; I am curious. Shouldn’t we all be curious? If you are not, then it is a problem,” she added.
Fave rose to fame in 2021 with her hit single ‘Baby Riddim’, which garnered positive reception and significant airplay on radio and television.
Recently, the songstress collaborated with Davido on ‘Kante’, a track from his album ‘Timeless’.
She has continued to maintain her unique sound in the Nigerian music industry.
