Davido has postponed his ongoing “A Good Time” tour in North America. He kicked off with the tour on the 2oth of February 2020 in Edmonton, Canada and proceeded to sell-out shows in Vancouver, Seattle, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, and Denver.
The tour is expected to end on the 11th of April in Atlanta but has now been postponed due to the increase in the spread of the coronavirus disease. Music events worldwide have been postponed due to the continuous outbreak worldwide and Davido who is concerned about the safety of his fans had to do the same.
He took to his Instagram page to make the announcement that the tour has been postponed for the meantime as it was the right thing to do in order to keep his fans safe. He wrote: “I’m saddened to halt what has been a fantastic sold-out tour so far, but postponing is the right thing to do. The health and safety of my fans and staff is most paramount and nothing else matters. Be safe and see you all soon! God be with us all!”
