The Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA) has confirmed twenty-nine new cases of COVID-19.
This was disclosed in a tweet shared on its official Twitter handle on Wednesday.
It said the total number of active cases in Nigeria’s seat of power is now 118.
The tweet reads: ”One 29 new cases in FCT
“Summary of #COVID19FCT as at 11:25pm, 21st April, 2020.
“Total number of confirmed cases: 118
“Total number of active cases: 80
“Total discharged: 35, Deaths recorded: 3
“Residents are urged to continue to #StayHome and #StaySafe.”
Meanwhile, Nigeria on Tuesday recorded 117 new cases of the disease, bringing the total number of cases in the country to 782.
