The Federal Capital Territory Administration has confirmed four new cases of coronavirus.
The confirmation was made by FCTA in a tweet via its Twitter account on Friday.
The tweet read “FOUR (4) NEW CASES IN THE FCT.
“Summary of COVID-19 FCT as at 11:50pm, 30th April, 2020.
“Total number of confirmed cases: 178.
“Total number of active cases: 139.
“36 patients have been discharged with 3 deaths recorded.
”Residents are urged to continue to stay home and stay safe.”
Meanwhile, the Nigeria Center for Disease Control, NCDC, on Thursday confirmed 204 new cases of coronavirus disease in the country.
Nigeria now has 1,932 confirmed cases of COVID-19; 319 patients out of these have been discharged, while 58 deaths have been recorded.
