Imo State Governor, Hope Uzodinma has assigned portfolios to 95 aides, NAN reports.
They had been sworn in since March 24, but the coronavirus crisis delayed their official resumption.
The appointment took effect March 20.
The breakdown shows 63 are Special Advisers (SAs), while 32 are Senior Special Assistants (SSAs).
Uzodinma’s Chief Press Secretary, Oguike Nwachuku, made the announcement in a statement on Tuesday.
Some of the appointees are Prof. Henry Njoku, SA and Coordinator, Economic Development and Rehabilitation Council.
Mrs Ruby Emele – Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs; Mrs Christina Ude – Sustainable Development Goals and Humanitarian Services; Dr. Bathos Nwadike – Political.
Mrs Pat Ekeji Ngozi – Strategy and Development; Mr Macdonald Ebere combines the SA role with being the General Manager, ENTRACO.
Mr Dominic Uzowuru – Inter-Party; Amaka Okafor – Electronic/New Media; Dr. Okereke Macillina – Health; Nwodu Chukwuemeka – Internally Generated Revenue (IGR).
Doris Tony-Anyanwu – International Cooperation/NEPAD; Ifeanyi Opara – Labour Matters; Chief Canice Nwachukwu – Revenue Mobilisation and Capacity Development; Ikem Unaebgu – Aviation/Airport.
Mrs Nina Nwaulu – Signage and Advertisement; Mrs Florence Anichebe – Special Duties III; Jimmy Imo – State Liason Office. Mr Ikpamezie Innocent is Special Assistant to General Manager, OCDA.
Some SSAs are Hajiya Fatima Hamza – Gender and Vulnerable Groups – Northern Affairs (Women), Alhaji Suleiman Ibrahim, Gender and Vulnerable Groups – Northern Affairs (Men).
Justice Remigious Okoye was named Executive Chairman, Imo Internal Revenue Services (IIRS).
