Former Nigeria president, Goodluck Jonathan, has said he maintains a good relationship with his successor, President Muhammadu Buhari.
He stated this on Tuesday while speaking to State House correspondents.
Jonathan lost the 2015 presidential election to Buhari.
When asked about their current relationship, he said: “You’ve been seeing me coming and you have been seeing us having friendly conversations.
“So, our relationship is ok.”
Jonathan was at the Aso Presidential Villa, in company of ECOWAS Commission President, Jean-Claude Kassi Brou.
The delegation visited to brief member-states on the current situation in Mali, where Jonathan is now ECOWAS Special Envoy.
