Jackson Ude, former Director of Strategy and Communication to ex-President Goodluck Jonathan has reacted to the death of President Muhammadu Buhari’s close ally, Isa Funtua.
Ude disclosed that the late Funtua had last week threatened to deal with him.
Funtua had died on Monday shortly after suffering cardiac arrest.
Reacting, Ude disclosed that the deceased had issued the threat while speaking with a Senator.
In a tweet, the blogger wrote: “Today, I decided to return to the files of the Funtuas after a week break. I started feeling sleepy, decided to take a nap. I woke up to over 40 missed calls.
“Ismaila Isa Funtua is dead. Just last week, he told a Senator he would deal with me anywhere he finds me! Goodnight sir!”
A check run by DAILY POST on Ude’s official Twitter handle revealed that the former presidential aide linked the deceased, his family and some of Buhari’s associates to some fraudulent activities running into billions of naira.
