Legendary French fashion designer, Pierre Cardin has died at 98.
A statement released by his family members said Mr. Cardin died at a hospital in Neuilly, just West of Paris.
However, the cause of his death is yet to be disclosed.
Before his death, Cardin helped to revolutionize fashion with his futuristic designs in the 1960s and 70s.
He was also a pioneer in the fashion business, licensing his name to be used on a range of products such as sunglasses.
He also received credits for promoting turtleneck wool for men and bodysuits for women.
