A lifeless body of a new born baby was found inside a gutter in Gboko Local Government Area of Benue state.
It was learnt that the body of the new born baby was discovered on Wednesday night, January 20th, by residents of JS Tarkaa Way.
The discovery have left many residents and eyewitnesses shocked and angry. A Facebook user, Comr Tyotule who shared photos from the scene on the platform angrily placed a curse on whoever dumped the baby.
According to Tyotule, whoever was involved in the inhuman act “will never know peace”.
In his words, “Gboko girls why. This bouncing baby boy was dumped in a gutter yesterday night at JS Tarkar Way. Mesage to the girl. You shall have no peace.”
Another Facebook user, Simeon Kwaghbula also took to the platform to lament about how some married couples are hoping for the fruit of the womb, whereas another mother decided to dump her baby.
He wrote,
“LIFE IS MYSTERIOUS…. WHILE OTHERS ARE FASTING AND PRAYING TO HAVE A BABY, Someone delivered a baby, then threw the baby in a gutter and the baby died”.
