The chairman of the commission, Mr Muhuyi Rimingadio, disclosed this while speaking to newsmen on Tuesday.
Rimingado said the suspect was apprehended at the Mallam Aminu Kano International Airport shortly after arriving from Saudi Arabia.
The anti-graft agency boss explained that the suspect sold the plots for about N2.5 million each to individuals in Challawa in the Kumbotso Local Government Area of the state.
According to him, the suspect was also discovered to have sold assorted plots of land to residents at Dawanau in the Dawakin Tofa Local Government Area of the state.
“We are currently investigating the suspect and how he was allocated 632 residential plots by the past administration and was allegedly sold to different individuals in the state,” Rimingado said.
He said the suspect, as soon as the ongoing investigation was completed, would be charged to court for appropriate prosecution.
