Renowned broadcaster and Director-General of the Imo Broadcasting Corporation (IBC), Ify Onyegbule, has been unveiled as one of the hosts for the 6th edition of the Bodex Social Media Hangout (BSMH 6.0), Nigeria’s foremost digital media convergence scheduled to hold from November 21 to 23, 2025, at the University of Lagos and the Radisson Blu Hotel, Ikeja GRA, Lagos.
The annual event, organized by Bodex Media, brings together media professionals, influencers, thought leaders, and innovators to promote the positive use of digital platforms and drive collaboration for social impact.
This year’s edition, themed “Social Media & A.I Influence: Transforming Yourself, Services & the Society,” will explore the intersection of technology, communication, and social responsibility.
Ify Onyegbule, widely respected for her decades-long contribution to media and public communication, joins a star-studded lineup of hosts including comedian Seyi Law, Ajebo Comedian, and media personality Denrele Edun. Her inclusion highlights the event’s commitment to blending intellect, influence, and creativity in shaping meaningful conversations on digital transformation.
Speaking during the unveiling, the Convener of BSMH, Bodex Hungbo, stated:
